At Tharika Elegance, we take utmost care to ensure that every jewellery piece delivered to you meets our quality standards. However, in rare circumstances, the following policy shall apply:

  1. Exchange will be accepted only in case of damaged products. To be eligible, an unboxing video recorded from the time of package opening is mandatory and must clearly show the damage.
  2. Returns and refunds are not accepted. We offer exchange strictly as per the conditions mentioned in this policy.
  3. In the event that a product becomes out of stock after an order is placed, the customer will be informed promptly. In case of any discrepancies, our team will contact the customer via the email ID or phone number provided at the time of ordering.
  4. Exchange is not applicable for jewellery that has been used, worn, altered, resized, repaired, or tampered with in any manner.
  5. Customized or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
  6. In rare cases where an exchange is approved, the jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, tags, certificates (if any), and all accompanying materials.
  7. The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition to qualify for an exchange.
  8. No return or exchange will be accepted on discounted items, sale products, or jewellery purchased during promotional campaigns.
  9. All return or exchange shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend using a registered or traceable courier service, as the responsibility of the returned product remains with the customer until it is received by Tharika Elegance.
  10. Tharika Elegance reserves the right to refuse any exchange request if the above conditions are not met or if the product fails quality inspection upon return.
